The nativity set puzzle

cortejo . It's rather cool as it flat packs into a little case (eventually, after many attempts to get all the pieces to fit). It has another puzzling element too: just what are all the pieces?
From left to right, I see ? (Hershey's kiss? pile of manure?), farm animal (possibly a cow or goat), camel, sheep (I know it's a sheep because there are two of them), wise man, baby Jesus in manger, Mary, Joseph, wise man, sheep, wise man, animal? (grazing cow, incredibly wooly sheep, baby brontosaurus?). Any other guesses of what each might be?
